Complimented by an introductory 1:1 coaching session by ZOOM or phone, the 5 weekly modules comprise :

  • Understanding mindfulness – its definition, benefits, individual levels, and introductory exercises.
  • Getting Started With Mindfulness – mindful breathing, moving meditations, nature awareness, and body scans.
  • Growing Your Mindfulness Skills – ‘Slow Movement’, mindful compassion, body-mind integration, and exercises.
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy – significance, approaches, and exercises highlighting transient negative experiences.
  • Mindful living – savouring moments, enriching experiences, handling negativity, and application exercises.

12 guided meditations accompany the modules.

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present, aware, and accepting of each moment’s experiences.

This self-guided course in 5 weekly modules can assist in managing overwhelm, enhance professional satisfaction, and improve personal well-being, through promoting clarity, reducing stress, and fostering a deeper connection to one’s emotions and reactions. Includes a free 60-90 minute coaching session.
