Dr2Dr Coaching, founded in 2023 by Dr. David Woods in Launceston, Northern Tasmania, delivers specialised online coaching services tailored for Australian doctors. This new venture streamlines the online coaching process previously offered by MindingTheGap Coaching and Communication Training (MTG), allowing for a more focused approach that meets the distinct needs of medical practitioners.
MTG, established in 2019, continues to provide training in advanced communication and leadership to a broad range of clients. Having facilitated over 50 workshops and catered to more than 500 participants, MTG maintains its reputation as a trusted provider of professional development to healthcare and non-healthcare professionals. Together, MTG and Dr2Dr Coaching uphold a shared commitment to fostering growth and development through innovative coaching and training strategies.
