Within the package, it is possible to exchange training hours for coaching sessions and vice-versa.

This plan introduces coaching through six sessions over 3 months, coupled with an introduction to the model of Leading Out of Drama (LOD®). There is a focus on conflict dynamics and how to use the energy present in conflict as a positive resource through the application of compassion, and is especially useful in circumstances where conflict with individuals, self or institutions are a predominant issue.
